Our first call is a relaxed, 15-minute conversation. You’ll share what’s on your mind — what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d like to change. I’ll explain how coaching works in practice and answer any questions you have.

Just come with a sense of what’s been taking space in your mind — a challenge, a decision, or even a feeling of wanting more direction. We’ll start from there. -
